Minimum qualifications:
- 9 years of experience in enterprise implementations in Workday human resources (HR) ecosystem.
- 3 years of experience driving vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise systems and applications.
- Experience with Workday calculated fields, web services, configurations, report writer, contact center business (CCB), and enterprise interface builder (EIBs).
- Experience delivering systems solutions across the implementation lifecycle.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience driving vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise systems and applications.
- Technical experience with Workday features and functionality in different modules (e.g., Compensation, Core HCM, Performance, Talent, etc.).
- Ability to manage ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will lead business initiatives for People Operations Information Technology (IT) teams.

Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their processes and data requirements to come up with solutions that meet organizational goals and specified outcomes.
- Work with various end-user groups to define project key performance indicators (KPI) and goals. Collaborate with Engineering, Platform, and other teams to design, build, deploy, and support solutions.
- Partner with business teams to define processes and associated system requirements. Work with third-party vendor teams and partners to complete projects.
- Participate in systems implementation projects (i.e., requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation, execution, issue identification, and resolution, etc.).
- Provide subject-matter expertise for Workday configurations and integrations to identify impact, fix issues, functional changes, outages, and more.
